Here we present an example of vacation apartments in a large Chianti farmhouse. Each of the two apartments have complete and independent facilities but share the swimming pool.
The is farmhouse is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, halfway between Florence and Siena, both roughly 30 minutes drive away, between by the mediaeval towns of Greve and Panzano in Chianti. This ancient stone house is set in the midst of the most beautiful part of the Tuscan countryside and promises holidays in absolute peace and tranquillity, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves. The apartments are part of a typical country house or “casa colonica” with 240 square metres of indoor space and independent access. The structure is that of the classic Tuscan farmhouses and its original characteristics have been preserved: high beamed ceilings, arched passageways and terracotta stone floors as old as the house itself. The front door opens directly onto a spacious garden with a fine terrace, furbished with a large gazebo. Evening meals outside in the cool, wonderfully clean air may treat you to a glimpse of a passing hare or roe-deer, or of a squirrel scampering up one of the majestic cypresses. Walk up through the avenue of olive trees to reach the swimming pool, exclusively for guests’ use, set high above the valley with wonderful views over the Chianti hills and dales; olive groves stretch away in all directions alongside vineyards laid out with geometrical precision. The house is made up of two floors and can sleep up to 8 people. The spacious, comfortable rooms are tastefully furnished in authentic Tuscan style.

The apartment has a private entrance and is spread over two floors (for a total of 240 sq m). The rooms are large and fully furnished with great charm in typical Tuscan style. The house is also supplied with satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, telephone, central heating and barbecue.
Ground Floor Apartment for 2 persons
Two separate private entrances, large kitchen with dining area and fireplace, 1 double room, bathroom with shower. Private terrace for outside meals with access directly from the kitchen.
First Floor Apartment for 6 persons
Large kitchen, large sitting room with characteristic big fireplace, 3 double rooms, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 bathroom with shower.
