Reservation Conditions
1. Your reservation request should be made using the reservation form accessible from the navigation bar above. We will reply by email as quickly as possible indicating availability of your accommodation and tours.
2. Your reservation can be confirmed only upon receipt by us of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your accommodations and tours. The balance should be paid in cash upon arrival. When making a reservation less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the full cost should be paid in advance. In the case of a cancellation made less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the deposit is forfeited.
3. In general, pets are not permitted. Small dogs may be brought providing that this is allowed by the accommodation you have reserved.
4. Use of your accommodation is strictly limited to the persons specified in your reservation.
5. Guests are responsible for the care of their children and their accommodation, as well as their bags and valuables. Enjoytuscany.com and the accommodation owners accept no responsibilty for any thefts, damage to or losses of guests' property.
6. Each accommodation has its own regulations which should be followed both with regard to behaviour and to the cleanliness of the property. Some accommodations request a damage deposit which should be paid in cash upon arrival and which will be returned upon departure in the absence of damage to the property and its contents. |
